Come join us for our quarterly meetings. We enjoy socialing to start, meeting new neighbors and catching up with others. Then we have a business meeting to go over general business and discuss topics that are of interest to the neighborhood.
Dates for upcoming meetings in 2026 are as follows:
- Thursday, March 12
- Thursday, December 3 Pre-holiday gathering
- Plus our annual picinc on the beach property on Sunday, July 12
We generally have quarterly meetings, and a neighborhood picnic in July. We will update the website and send out email reminders for the meetings.
Typical Meeting Agenda:
- Welcome and Introductions
- Financial Report
- Gate, Membership, and Keys
- Grounds Maintenance
- Introduction of Special Speakers
- Adjourn
We also have board meetings that precede these general meetings. Anyone is welcome to attend them and express comments and concerns. Board meetings are often at the board president's home (email at contact@mvdic.org to confirm).
